Canine Chiropractic Clinics
We currently operate Chiropractic Clinics at four locations within the Las Vegas area: Central, Southwest, Northwest, and Southeast.
Appointments will be made every 10 minutes. Please do not arrive before 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. If the waiting room is full, please wait outside the facility.
When you come into the facility please have all the equipment you need, including your leash. All dogs are required to be on a leash AT ALL TIMES. Dogs not on a leash will NOT be seen, due to property mandates. While at the facility, please be courteous and clean up after your pet. Social distancing guidelines will be maintained during the clinic. While waiting, please respect social distancing guidelines and secure your dog in a safe manner.
In an effort to ensure a smooth schedule, there is a $25 cancellation fee per pet if you do not show up for your designated appointment slot.
This is a follow up clinic only and your animal needs to have been seen in the last 3 months with no significant change in health status since the last visit.

As you enter the Pet Supplies Plus location – Dr. Carter will be in the Community Room at the far right of the store, midway down the aisle on the right. Please stand outside the room until Dr. Carter is ready for you. You will be holding your dog during the exam and Dr. Carter will explain findings during the exam.

The clinic is inside the Dog Supplies Outlet South of the Smith’s Grocery Store. It is NOT in a chiropractic office – Dr. Carter will be in the open bay space to the left as you walk in. You will be holding your dog during the exam, and Dr. Carter will explain findings during the exam. If your dog is reactionary or does not do well with other dogs or people, another location may be a better option for your pet. The Northwest Smarty Paws and the Southwest Mountain’s Edge location both have private space for treatment.

The clinic is held in the Secondary building west of the building with the main Smarty Paws signage. Please do not wait in the dog pick-up line or go to the main building doors. If the door is closed when you arrive for your appointment, please be patient, Dr. Carter may be dealing with a reactionary dog prior to your appointment. He will open the door when he is ready for you. You will be holding your dog during the exam and Dr. Carter will explain findings during the exam.

If your dog is reactionary or does not do well with other dogs or people, another location may be a better option for your pet. Smarty Paws and the Southwest Mountain’s Edge location both have enclosed spaces for treatment.
